Located amongst the majestic mountains of the Upper Rangitata on a high country deer, sheep and cattle station. With the world renown fly fishing "Deep Stream" just a short walk from the lodge along with the braided Rangitata river nearby this is sure to be paradise for those who enjoy a spot of fishing, getting outdoors or exploring nature. For fans of "Lord of the Rings" Edoras was sited on the other side of the river. And if you just need to relax and unwind then this is the place to be.

LIGHT FILLED HOME

The Lodge's interior is relaxing and warm. The sitting room, dining room and well appointed kitchen are an open concept. There is a wood burning stove for heating.

ACCOMODATION

The Lodge features 5 bedroom. Downstairs is one bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms. The master suite with an ensuite bathroom and private terrace; a queeen bedroom and two single bedrooms. These share a bathroom, with bathtub and shower.

The living room with television is separated from the main living area.

OUTDOORS

Forest Creek High Country Lodge has two distinct outdoor areas: the front terrased garden, nice for easy meandering down to the road and the behind the house is a tiled garden where the outdoor eating area is.
